Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Marlon has lived in Asia for 20 years. His career began at Morgan Stanley in New York as an analyst in debt capital markets. After a sabbatical in Grenoble to learn French, Marlon completed his MBA at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He spent the next two decades focused on hedge funds, working with some of the greatest industry minds during that period.

Marlon was most recently the Managing Director and Co-Head of APAC Equity Distribution at Deutsche Bank, responsible for global equity sales for Asia Pacific products. Since 2014, he has specialised in prime finance and the distribution of the banks’ efforts into hedge fund managers globally with an Asian focus.

At Skyway Pacific, Marlon will leverage his Asian alternatives knowledge and network to connect global investor capital with outstanding hedge fund talent in the region.
